Thisnis a beautiful home with good bones and quite a few very nice amenities. Loved the housewide audio system that can connect to apps. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you would need to cook and prepare meals.

Great location. Fantastic views. A variety of activities offered on site.Very spacious home. Absolutely loved the kitchen area for sitting and gathering. We had deer visit us in the yard. Tennis and pickleball court is not smooth nor lined for either sport.That was very disappointing since that was the main reason we chose the property. Ping pong table also didn't connect together in center to be usable. . Unfortunately, the neighbors had 2 roosters crowing from 4am through the entire day. By evening, it settled down but then back at it before dawn. A few pros and a few cons but we made due and made a great memory with our family.

The hardest part about our stay was the water would not turn on on Saturday. We returned from the lake and needed to shower for family photos but there was no water. The property manager was great to work with but he could not get a hold of the owner. So we waited for hours. Several hours later, the owner finally called and took us through several troubleshooting steps to get the water running (including driving to a neighbor's house to re-set the common pump.) The water went out 3 more times and we had to re-set pump each time. We only had 2 full days there and one was spent waiting to be able to shower and resetting a pump 4 times. He offered a refund but only refunded us about 7% of our total bill. I assumed it would be more. We did not get a family photo.The location, size of home, and size of property, however, are amazing. The hot tub was so fun for the teenagers. We held a fireside around the fire and there was enough flat ground to set up our own volleyball net that was so fun. We also had fun with the ping pong table downstairs. The house is old but we were expecting an older home. (Little things like there was no screen on the window in bedroom we stayed in upstairs so just be careful if you have young children.) A big draw for us was the pickleball court. We are a pickleball family but the court and lines were disappointing that we didn't even play. So be aware of that if you are booking for pickleball, you will be disappointed.

This was such a great place! We had a family reunion of all ages for just over 40 people. It was roomy and accommodating. The number of rooms fit us perfectly and there was so much seating in the common areas! There is a kitchen upstairs AND downstairs as well as two laundry rooms. There is so much to do in the area - hiking, rafting, shooting, train rides, trails for bike riding, etc. We used the hot tub, the fire pit for s'mores, the basketball hoop, and the indoor games. Such a great place! There is so much room! We did a talent show on the balcony, did Amazing Race games all over the property, and more! Would highly recommend! The owner was great to work with and responded quickly to my questions. It was just so great to be in one place with our whole family!

This house is amazing. It was the perfect place for our young women "retreat." We had 25 young women and 5 leaders. Everyone had a bed. It was so comfortable. The sleeping arrangements and bathrooms were perfect. I feel like the hosts thought of everything. We had room inside to have an improv. training class and a beauty/self care night. The girls were able to spread out and have time to themselves - so there was no drama. For activities, we tubed the provo river and went horseback riding at KB Horses at Red Ledges. The yard outside was perfect for the girls to hang out and play games. We also had a rock painting craft activity in the shade by the fire pit. At night we sat around the fire pit. The kitchens inside were huge and had everything we needed for cooking and meals. The bathrooms were all stocked with toilet paper and soap. There were plenty of towels and the bedding was perfect. I seriously could not recommend this house more.

Perfect for large group and young kids

We loved our stay. Big enough to spread out for our large family reunion. Lots of fridge space, lots of bathrooms, loved the deck and the big grassy yard. We brought our own paper goods for meals but used the kitchen for cooking/preparing. Good amount of pots and pans. Big dumpster for garbage. We’d come back!

Amazing place

Highly recommend this spacious ranch. Creek running through the property and the sound of it added much to the experience. The spacious deck allowed us to gather under the stars at night and take it all in. We would definitely return again.

It’s dreamy

I had my engagement event at the property a perfect spot for everyone. Loved my stay. We all made some good memories. The host is so accommodating allowed me to have extra guests with thr last minute changes. Love this place.

Ski Getaway

Exceptional property that goes for miles! Large enough for the entire extended family and/or friends. Very nicely appointed kitchens. Private, quiet location, but accessible to 4 seasons of activities. Our new favorite place for the annual ski week.

Family Christmas Staycation

Our family of 40 extended our Christmas celebration and enjoyed 3 days of family fun at this nice home. There was plenty of space for all of us. We especially enjoyed the main floor which had great gathering areas for visiting, playing games, and eating meals. The kitchen was very well stocked. The grandkids enjoyed the game room and hot tub. There were a lot of places for the young children to play as well. The bunk rooms were fun for the cousins. It was hard to regulate the temperature in some of the rooms. Some of the bedrooms were too hot and some were too cold. We had a great experience with the property manager before our stay. He was helpful and always quick to respond to questions. Unfortunately he was out of the country during our stay and there were some plumbing issues and we couldn’t get a response from anyone through the VRBO App.

Large Property

Overall the property was large with plenty of bedrooms. We liked the tennis court, patio, and firepit which was close to the property. But we were very disappointed in many things that really could be fixed. We have stayed many times throughout the years at VRBO but never have given a negative review like this one which I hate to do. We have ALWAYS had the managers text us the first day we arrive and check up on us to see if we need anything. We NEVER had ANY communication with the managers on this property until the last day which WE had to call after finally getting their number concerning instructions on checking out. The biggest complaint was the supplies. No trash bags, no hair dryers (which was promised in the amenities, soap in some of the bathrooms were almost gone and had to buy more. Simple things like salt and pepper were missing. The air conditioners upstairs were boxes on the floor and wasn't enough to supply cool air for the large master bedroom. Another bedroom had a hole in the ceiling where the air-conditioner was connected. No hangers in the closets...so dumb. Two of the smoke alarms in the kitchen area were disconnected. The carpet on the stairs was really dirty. My grandkids said there were crumbs in their sheets when they went to bed. No wash cloths in the master bedroom. We have usually 30 people each time over many years we stay with VRBO and are not that hard to please, but we were all very disappointed especially when we pay so much to stay there!

Family Reunion

Great home!! We had so much fun! Close to the lake, trails, golf, stores and so much more. There weren’t any garbage bags or cloths to clean the kitchen with. However, it was a blast!!!

Family Reunion

The place was great! Loved the pickleball/basketball court and the large grass area. Loved that we were all by ourselves. The home was large enough to fit all 48 of us. Everyone had a place to sit and eat at a table. The large deck with lots of seating and the hot tub was great. Management responded quickly when we needed more towels. Liked that we didn’t have to strip beds and wash towels when we left. We just packed up and left. Thanks!
