In 10 minutes, you are at Deer Valley Jordanelle Express Gondola. You can also experience Park City which features skiing, snowboarding, sledding and tubing. Other attractions include The Canyons Skiing, Sundance Skiing, Daniels Snowmobiling. Park City Main Street, mountain biking, hiking, outdoor concerts, exquisite restaurants, festivals, and the famous Olympic parks. Soldier Hollow, the cross-country skiing venue for the 2002 Winter Olympics is close by. It also has sledding, tubing, golf, hot air ballooning, rafting, horseback riding. There is also a state-of-the-art fitness center close to the house and several great restaurants and 2 big Supermarkets (Smiths and Lee's Markets).

Whether you want to enjoy mountain views, a great fire, or your favorite DVD, this home has it all. The rooms are generously proportioned so everyone can spread out. There are two comfortable living rooms, and a separate library/sitting room. Several sitting areas with televisions, a deck, and a large Gazebo with a Jacuzzi, which allows everyone to find a place to relax and visit with friends and family.

One unique hot spring, called 'The Crater' allows for scuba diving year around with a water temperature of 90 degrees. Also close by are two lakes, Jordanelle and Deer Creek Reservoirs, which are popular spots for fishing and water sports. Fly Fishing is also popular on Provo River.
