"The room was clean, but air conditioner was not working. Talked to a staff about it, and she came into the room to verify it was not working. However, she told us to wait for 30 min, and let her know if it was still not working. There was no phone to call the front desk, and I had to go to front desk to let her know. It was so inconvenient and we just let it go since we were going to check out next day. It was not worth for money I paid for."

"Will definitely stay here next time I’m in Munich. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, close to Oktoberfest, and close to public transportation. Price was reasonable for Oktoberfest pricing, but I imagine during off season it is very reasonable."
