Lovley natural beauty with some short walking trails. It is nice to have everything in one building; hotel, restaurant, spa, exercise space. Food was good. Fair prices. Spa treatment were enjoyed. Pool areas could use an update/refresher.

José was amazing, he was super friendly and helped us as much as he could always with a great attitude. The other people at the reception were not as friendly, but once they saw we had a baby they helped us more. Eventhough we traveled with a baby, we felt the hotel gave us plenty of options to feel as comfy as possible. The only downgrade was that the water in the family pool was cold.. one day we had permition to

The room was comfortable but I’m not a fan of animal fur in my room. Cleaning staff needs to do a better job. The staff was very helping in repairing my shoe so I could finish my golf weekend. Over all we love coming to Hecla .

The cleanliness and upkeep of room and pools was unfortunately poor and made our stay feel uncomfortable. The gentleman who checked us in was an exception to the stay as he was very friendly and accommodating.

Room is clean, staff was very helpful both at reception and restaurant, facilities are nice including swimming pool, restaurant, small store.. The food in restaurant was nice, only the American coffees we ordered were too light like water, which is not good for a morning start.

This place is extremely outdated and needs a serious overhaul. Some of the amenities were barely functional. The hot tub and the pool were too cold, the hot pool was dirty. The only place to eat was an extremely expensive restaurant. The food was good though. We booked two nights but left at the end of the second day.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean and a generous size. We appreciated the full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash and body lotion, plus they smelled amazing. All of the staff were very friendly, answering our questions and taking time to ask about our day and stay so far. The fitness room had enough equipment to easily do a full body workout plus cardio with a nice view of the grounds. We would definitely come back!

Great place, pools are awesome and the trails nearby are great, the room was quite nice and spacious, clean property, but the showers are a mess to figure out, pretty sure theyre some form of broken, and there are kids running up and down the halls in the middle of the night. Wish the outdoor pool was a bit cleaner.

Always a great stay here! Beautiful trails, yummy fun, and nice pools as well as lots to explore near by I would definitely recommend it. I'd say my only complaint would be that the rooms aren't really soundproof so it can feel kind of loud depending on your surroundings but otherwise everything was great.
