The house is modern and practically furnished and spread over two floors. In the living room you will find a cosy sitting and dining area with television, a nice place to gather together after a day outside. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a combination microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment and a dishwasher, so you won't lack anything during your stay.



On the first floor there are three comfortable bedrooms, all equipped with box spring beds and a wardrobe. Here you will also find a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. In addition, there is a second bathroom on the ground floor with shower and toilet, which offers extra comfort, especially when staying with multiple people or generations.



Through the sliding door in the living room you step directly onto the spacious terrace, furnished with garden furniture and located right on the water. A wonderful place to start the day with breakfast in the sun or to end it with a drink whilst looking out over the harbour and the passing boats.



The private mooring dock completes the stay and is ideal for guests with a boat or for those who enjoy staying close to the water. There is plenty to enjoy both on the water and on land here.
