"Ich weiß gar nicht, wo ich anfangen soll... desaströse hygienische Zustände, Schrank war nur noch Sperrmüll, im Bett Silberfische vorgefunden, mitgebuchte Küche war nicht vorhanden bzw. gab es nur eine Gemeinschaftsküche, die fest in der Hand der wohl dort dauerhaft wohnen den Leute war. In der anderen Küche war keinerlei nutzbare Ausstattung vorhanden. So könnte ich noch vieles aufschreiben, doch wozu? Ich muss geistig umnachtet gewesen sein, als ich diese Bruchbude gebucht habe. "Comfy and clean place to explore Frankfurt from. Check-in was a disaster though, would not recommend if you’re arriving later in the day or there is the potential to have delayed flights. Booking though Expedia meant I didn’t receive emails that would let me check in and I had to run to a nearby cafe before they closed so I could get a keycard to enter the building. Staff were friendly on the phone but don’t book if you expect people to be around to help you check in. "

"Excellent stay! Room was tastefully decorated and incredibly clean. They thoughtfully left ear plugs on the beds but we never needed them. I believe the ear plugs are for the traffic noise outside but we never needed them and actually all the busyness meant we were in an amazing location! We could walk almost everywhere we wanted or the public transportation was literally outside the front door. Very easy to get around.
