"Great staff at check-in and for breakfast. Can't understand why they charge for parking yet have free parking lots all around the hotel on the streets. Hotel should be offering free parking. Breakfast was outstanding, everything needed was in the buffet."

"After a little confusion trying to find the hotel because it looked like it was in a pedestrian area, we were warmly greeted after arriving very late. Breakfast was plentiful. The room was perfect with a great view from the 4th floor"

"A great hotel but a major glitch in the restaurant on the second night. We ordered and waited nearly 1 hour to get served. After 45 minutes we asked what was happenning. Told that pork tenderloin takes a while to cook. Offered a free glass of wine - OK. Waited 20 minutes longer and it finally arrived with fries rather than the croquettes ordered. Fries went back, another 10 minutes. In the end our free glass if wine an 30% off our bill made it kind if OK."
