Beautiful, historical working farm, 3 storeys, from the 19th century, renovated in 2019, surrounded by trees and meadows. In the district of Hohe 5.3 km from the centre of Hehlen, 5 km from the centre of Bodenwerder, in a quiet position, 400 m from the edge of the forest. For shared use: large garden 1'500 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees. Terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing). In the complex: fitness room (extra). Storage room for bicycles, central heating system, washing machine (for shared use, extra), drying room. Parking (for 10 cars) on the premises, single garage (extra) at the house. Shop 7 km, grocery 5 km, supermarket 7 km, restaurant 5 km, bakery 5 km, bus stop "Hohe" 20 m, ferry "Hehlen" 8 km, outdoor swimming pool 8 km, indoor swimming pool 9 km. Super relaxed, fijn verblijf

Wij hebben een heerlijke week met tieners gehad. Groot huis en fijn dat de hond los kon in de mooie tuin. Huis ligt in rustige omgeving, kan volop wandelen in de buurt. Fitness en sauna was prima. De hottub was ook fijn, zonder uitleg van gebruik uiteindelijk aangekregen met hout gekocht. Het zou wel handiger zijn als er een gebruiksaanwijzing bij ligt voor bijv.tussendoor water verversen. De verhuurder kregen we tijdens verblijf geen contact mee voor tussendoor vragen. We komen graag nog eens

Het is een heerlijk rustige omgeving

Rustig gelegen groot verblijf, ruime kamers, mooie tuin, sauna en fitnessmogelijkheden. Mooie omgeving. Voor de honden ideaal, konden niet weg. Schommels aanwezig. Ook leuk voor familieverblijf tot 20 personen. Ieder een eigen verblijf is dan mogelijk.

Eigentlich sehr schön .Geräumige Wohnung im rustikalen Stil, passend zum schönen Gebäude. Sehr schön der dazugehörige Garten mit Spielplatz. Leider nur leidlich sauber. Bemüht aber nicht ausreichend. Küchenherd muss überholt oder ausgetauscht werden. Wohnzimmertür fällt aus dem Rahmen, sprichwörtlich. Ein Schmuckstück das auf Erweckung wartet...

Grosse wohnung in idyllischer Gegend

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gross und auch in der Küche gut ausgestattet. Gerade die zum Wandern tolle Gegend ist ein Pluspunkt. Ein Problem ist das schlechte Internet: das WLAN hat wohl nicht mehr als 64K und streikt schon, wenn man mal ein Foto versendet, Für mich kein Problem, aber wer mit Teenies unterwegs ist, sollte das beachten. Direkt gegenüber ist ein Hof, der sich wohl auf die Produktion von Gülle spezialisiert hat. Der Geruch geht leider nie weg und zieht überall hin.

Gut restaurierter Bauernhof in einer wunderschönen Lage

Schöne, gut eingerichtet Ferienwohnung. Schöner und großer Garten mit einer zum verweilen einladenden Terrasse. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer ruhigen und landschaftlich wunderschönen Umgebung. Alle notwendigen Besorgungen kann im nahegelegenen Bodenwerder erledigen. Ein Auto ist notwendig.

Mooie grote woning met alles erop en eraan. Er ontbreekt niets. Zelfs een zeer grote omheinde tuin met speel toestellen voor de kinderen en ook zeer geschikt voor honden. Kunnen niet weg lopen.

Eine Woche Urlaub

Wer extreme Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier richtig. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Man konnte direkt nahe vom Haus die Gegend in Feld und Wald erkunden oder in der näheren Umgebung (Auto erforderlich) sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten anschauen. Für uns war es ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub.

Eine schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig. Der große Garten und die kleine aber gemütliche Terrasse runden das Gesamtbild ab. Ein vielleicht kleines Manko sind mangelnde Einkaufmöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung. Sogar für den becker muss man einige Kilometer zurück legen. Aber damit konnten wir uns wunderbar arrangieren. Insgesamt empfehlenswert.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war super ruhig und entspannend, was wir nach dem Alltagsstress dringend brauchten. Alles sehr sauber und gut gepflegt.
