A great little hotel in perfect location near old downtown and Christmas markets. Recently refurbished old building. Great rooms. Only downside is no elevator but staff room I’ll help with luggage!

The room itself is adequate for a nights stay. We arrived later than check-in so attempted to use the ‘self-check in’ which didn’t work. A resident luckily helped out just before we were to phone for assistance.

Viel verschenktes Potential. Positiv: Viele Steckdosen, Moderne Einrichtung, Saubere Betten und Bettwäsche Negativ: - Die Eingangkontrolle an der Tür ist defekt und daher ist das Gebäude dauerhaft offen. - Schimmel in den Fugen im Bad Aussenfenster fehlen teilweise daher sehr hellhörig - Der Duschkopf an der Decke wurde glaube ich noch nie entkalkt. Die Einrichtung wie Lampen wurden auch noch nie geputzt. Ich bin wirklich nicht kleinlich bei der Sauberkeit und sehr flexibel, aber hier stimmen Preis und Leistung einfach nicht. Es scheint als sei hier noch nie ein Mitarbeiter des 4 Sterne Haupthotels zur Inspektion vorbeigegangen

Ich war zwei Tage zu einer Fortbildung in der Uni- dieser Teil der Uni ist in zwei Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal war freundlich, insgesamt wirkte es aber nicht sehr professionell. Die Unterkunft selber ist leider nicht schön, auch der große Kristallleuchter im Eingang macht das nicht wett (Achtung an alle Gäste über 1,8m). Alles ist sehr hellhörig- Straßenbahn von draußen, aber auch Lärm aus anderen Zimmern und dem Treppenhaus (kein Aufzug). Im Zimmer selber hingen noch Rest vom Malerklebeband- die Renovierung wurde offensichtlich sehr eilig und nicht sehr sorgfältig durchgeführt. Im Bad kam das warme Wasser nur sehr spärlich aus der Dusche (Einstieg für korpulente Menschen nicht möglich), der Fön funktionierte gar nicht. Frühstück oder andere Verpflegung habe ich nicht genutzt.

The room was large and tidy. Very large curtains in front of a tiny window however. It was hard to ventilate the room and it was very hot (we were there with hot weather; there’s no a/c). This is not really a hotel on itself but a satellite of the hotel on the other side of the road. The corridor and staircase are a bit messy, there was a broken window, door right into a bar kitchen was open every night. The bar was on the on the bottom floor and the noise is audible in the rooms (we were on the top floor). I did not see a lift, room was on third floor. The walls were very thin so neighbours watching tv at 2AM was way too loud. On the plus side: the bed was comfortable, the shower pressure was good, the room was very decently sized, the location was central.

Hatte im Hotel Denner gebucht Adresse stand auf der Buchung digitaler Eingang ging nicht die Tür blieb verschlossen. Nach meiner Nachfrage im Café nebenan ging ich in den Bayrischen Hof. Dort wurde mir mitgeteilt das ich dort wohne!?! Gut aber was tun wenn man nach 20.00 Uhr kommt? Da ist die Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt.

Hübsch gestaltete Zimmer, gute Idee auch der Frühstücksgutschein als Ersatz für den Zimmerservice. Keine Rezeption im Haus, dafür im nahe gelegenen Bayrischen Hof. Angebot der Tiefgarage dort hilfreich, aber durch mittags nicht besetzte Rezeption bzw. am Sonntag abgeschlossenes Parkhaus etwas umständlich. Dafür sehr nettes Personal!!

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren Ich muss leider Sagen ich viel Probleme gehabt und Ich musste überall Anrufen mit ich checken und ich habe nach 2 Stunden jemanden erreicht am Telefon wo er erklärte der Checken musste in andre Gebäuden ist und Wehre bis 6 morgens jemanden da Aber ich bin entseucht da wahrst niemanden und bei Rezeption und Türen wahren zu Ich Stand wie eine Hund in Straßen am habe versuchte wider vom jemanden zu anrufen wahr eine Damen an Tel die wüsste selber nichts hat mich über Halbe Stunde am Telefon aufgehalten und sie wüsste nicht über checkin Namen Ende da ist es eine automatische gäret habe die ganze Daten eingegeben und dann kommt es eine Karte raus und Parken konnte Man jegend wo parken wahr keine Parkplätze zum parken Und morgen früh hat jemanden 8 Uhr ge klopfen and der Tür fragte wann bin ich fertig dass wahr nicht professionelle hotel und ich werde niemals wider da buchen Mit freundlichen Grüße M.Nuka

최악의 숙소!

2박을 예약했지만 결국 못 견디고 하루 숙박비를 버리고 나옴. 1. 사진이 속지 말 것! - cosy해 보이지만 절대 그렇지 않다. 사진을 많이 올려놨지만 첨부한 사진이 전부. 2. 불친절 - 방에 히터도 나오지 않고 온수도 나오지 않는데 밤이 지나고 아침에 물어보니 정오 쯤에나 될 거라는 답. 그 후 안 되어서 연락하니 저녁에 한 번 트라이해 보라는 무심한 답변 뿐. 3. 온라인 체크인 - 불편함은 두말할 것 없다. # 당신의 여행을 망치지 말 것!

Zentral gelegen, aber ohne Service

Das Hotel ist relativ zentral gelegen. Allerdings erfolgt das Ein- und Auschecken über ein nahegelegenes Schwesterhotel, im Denner gibt es keinen Mitarbeiter und auch kein Frühstück. Das Zimmer war angenehm groß und gut ausgestattet, leider ohne Klimaanlage und das Fenster vorn heraus über einer größeren Kreuzung und einer Shisha-Bar.

엘리베이터 없고 방음 진짜 안되는 거 빼면 다 좋아요. 옆방윗방 걷고 씻는 소리가 생생하게 느껴져요. 버스정류장 바로 앞이라 어디든 갈 수 있어요. 걸어서도 충분히 가는 건 좋았어요.

Schönes Zimmer mit sehr gutem Boxspringbett und balkon in der Heidelberger Innenstadt. Lebemdiges Umfeld daher auch nachts nicht leise. Hat uns nicht gestört. Leider keinen Minibar vorhanden.

Der vollkommen automatisierte Check-In mit digitalem Schlüssel ist zwar zunächst gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber im Grunde funktioniert es recht einfach und zuverlässig. Das Zimmer war sauber, nett eingerichtet und trotz Innenstadtlage ruhig.
