I was staying in this hotel whilst on a business trip. The staff were exceedingly courteous, and the room was reasonably comfortable. However, this hotel is in a small town in Germany and the price I paid was extortionate. It certainly does not represent value for money. Finaly, I did not have breakfast in this property, as I refused point blank to pay 23.90 Euro for the privilege of dining there. I have no idea how any hotel, let alone one which is not in a big city, can justify this price level for breakfast. Would recommend if all other properties in Heidenheim are fully booked, but otherwise avoid.

No gym in this hotel contrary to hotels descriptio
No gym in hotel contrary to what the hotels description was. It's actually next door you have to pay and it doesn't open till 9 am. Useless for me. If I knew this before booking I would have chosen a different hotel. Walls are thin.. being woken up by next doors screaming female at 2 am was annoying.

The night shift front desk team (Martina & Milos) exemplified excellent customer service. overall the staff was very hospitable. Enjoyed my stay at NH Heidenheim and will definitely stay there again in the future
