"I stayed at the Doubletree for a VFW convention. I checked in Thursday, May 28 and checked out Sunday, May 31. Thursday night there was no hot water and it wasn’t fixed until Friday evening. I was also charged $108 that a meal that someone else charged to my room in the restaurant. I asked the front desk how was someone able to just charge food to my room and they said they must have written the wrong room number down. That shows me that this hotel does not verify that a person stays in the room before they charge something to that room."
