5-10 minutes walk to the beach, harbor, inland lake & marina.
Located directly in the promenade of the old town.

A small apartment is rented on the 1st Upper floor with approx. 24 m² living space. Distribution of the apartment: See attached floor plan.

Large, public, free parking space available in approx. 65m distance. Especially during the holiday season there can be increased traffic / demand at peak times. Loading and unloading possible in front of the apartment on Brückstraße.
