Bad hotel

It was a beautiful hotel until they had no air conditioning and the bed was so old and bad to sleep we sweat all night and the front desk didn’t care at all I would never recommend this hotel we stay one day book 3 day they refuse to give us our money back when I told them the room is to hit yo sleep and no dark curtain the light wake you up

Superbe hôtel au calme. Diner buffet à volonté qualitatif et exceptionnel pour 35 € par personne. Petit déjeuner délicieux. Seul bémol : le sauna était en travaux.

enttäuchung

ein etwas verwarlostes hotel, keine badetücher weder im zimmer noch im schwimmbad, duschen im schwimmbad ohne funktion, l eine von 2 liegen in der sauna kaputt, keinerlei infos über hotel, telefon im zimmer, auch im bad keinerlei watte, stäbchen, creme etc. personal des hotel freundlch aber hilflos. das essen und die bedienung im restaurant dagegen sehr gut und freundlich! trotzdem werden wir dieses hotel nicht mehr buchen. enttäuschend im verhältnis des angebots im internet!

Die Unterkunft war in zentraler Lage, Gute Ausgangslage zum Wandern und Radfahren. Freundliche Mittarbeiter, guter service konnte Fahrrad in einem abgesperrten Raum unterstellen. Werde es sicher bei meinem nächsten Besuch wieder Buchen

Komme gerne wieder!

Bei meinen Wien Aufenthalten nächtige ich regelmäßig in der Krainerhütte. Grundsätzlich bin ich von der Lage und der Umgebung begeistert. Wunderschön angelegter Hotelpark der zum entspannen einlädt. Die Zimmer sind modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Kleiner Wellnessbereich mit schönem Schwimmbad ist auch vorhanden. Die Mitarbeiter sind bis auf Ausnahmen wirklich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück ist vielfältig und von guter Qualität.

Stammgäste sind nicht wirklich willkommen!

Das Hotel hat diverse leere Zimmer mit Fenstern zur Natur, aber es wird einem ein Zimmer im überhitzten Haupgebeude gegeben mit den Fenstern zur Strasse und von der Werbebeleuchtung erhellt. Die Zimmer haben keine Klimaanlage, somit hat man die Möglichkeit das Fenster zu öffnen und den Strassenlärm zu geniessen oder bei gefühlten 30Grad zu versuchen zu schlafen. Obwohl das Frühstück indoor statt fand hatte es mehr Fliegen als in einem Kuhstall.

Wie immer alles wunderbar. Schönes Hotel im Helenental. Tolle Freizeitangebote. Schwimmbad mit kleinem Wellnessbereich. Saubere geräumige Zimmer. Modern eingerichtet. Frühstück ist auch vorzüglich, großes Angebot und gute Qualität. Spitzen preisleistungsverhältnis. Komme gerne wieder.

Gutes Hotel auf dem Land

Gutes Hotel, schönes Schwimmbad und Sauna vorhanden, geräumige Zimmer, sehr ruhige Lage, Betten bequem, saubere Zimmer. Bademantel und Saunahandtuch nur auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption. Riesiger Parkplatz, Blick in die Natur vom Balkon Nachteil: kein gratis Mineralwasser bei Ankunft auf dem Zimmer, Badewanne als Dusche, großes Bett aber nur ein Kissen, Restaurant nur noch mit Buffet am Abend, Mäuse im Restaurant.

Its terrible experience no room service food only in certain time and boffee not order have to pay32 euro for person no minipar in room no AC although it hot weather cant sleep cant open window too mutch insects and fly away from every thing minimum15 minute with taxi 20 euro one way intertet very slow nothing good nothing nothing only the reception staff نصيحة لا يسكنه احد الا اذا مضطر لا ينفع لإجازة بتاتا بعيد عن كل شي وحشرات وحر لا يوجد تكييف والنت مصخرة كنت حاجزة ثلاث ليالي كنسلت حجزي وخسرت فلوس الحجز من كثر ما كنت ابي فرقاهم

Das zweite mal, dass ich hier übernachte, bin wieder begeistert. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist positiv ausgestattet lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Einziger Kritikpunkt, könnte der Preis für das Menü am Abend sein. Einfach selber ein Bild davon machen. Die Austattung der Zimmer ist herrvorragend. Wellnes und Fitness Bereich in einem guten Zustand. Große Liegewiese vorhanden.
