"Beautiful hotel, deluxe room is actually a suite. Staff were so pleasant and helpful. Our car battery was flat in the morning and 3 members of staff came and gave us a bump start, they definitely went above and beyond. Fantastic stay and only a 15-20 ride (€15) in a uber to the beautiful old town."

"The staff were lovely and incredibly helpful. We went on a Tuesday which is quitet in Brussels in general m. The fridge was broken but that was my only criticism. Other than that had a fab stay and would highly recommend and will probably be back. Had a great cocktail at the bar. Probably one of the best I’ve ever had and I’m very fussy! It was called Tropical!"

"The representative who checked us in was professional and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Lighting was available in all areas needed such as room entry, and bedside. The light switches were well labeled and easy to operate. When housekeeping staff was contacted, they were helpful and adhered to the time frame they provided. And then the view....spectacular."

With nearby tram and metro stops just a short walk away, reaching the historic center, Brussels-Midi station, and major attractions was quick and straightforward. A great choice for anyone seeking comfort, extra space, and convenience in a premier Brussels neighborhood. Highly recommended for families."
