"Good location. Was offered a free drink instead of housekeeping but then despite giving my voucher to the bar and saying I wanted to claim the drink, I was charged £7.50. The room was ok but the bathroom smelt like a urinal and was really unpleasant. Not the standard I’d expect for this chain."

"Stayed in Mere haven Suite which is huge, with separate living/dining room. Nice view over the golf course. Nice little kitchen, that could be better stocked with cutlery if eating in, which we did. Bit of an issue as the key card doors weren't working so you had to be let in by reception staff. ..."
