"Ive stayed here numerous times in the past with no issues however this time i have to say i was disappointed. Check in was no problem, Frank was friendly and polite. Next day before heading out i told Andrea at front desk to please have housekeeping to set up the sofa bed, replace towels and empty the humidifier. 30 min later she called me to state i had a do not disturb tag on the door and couldn't get the service. I told her to check again because i had indeed removed it, she insisted it was there. I told her well im verbally telling her for the 2nd time to do the service. She said per policy she could not, that i needed to return & remove it myself. I was in disbelief over something so simple. I did return later that day only to find out my room was done and i had removed the tag after all. Joel the housekeeping inspector was in my room when i returned, very nice person. I could of continued with my day instead of wasting my time. Also my gate key didn't work to leave property and had to go reverse back to frontdesk instead of the security letting me go , as i had just came in. The whole miscommunication was a inconvenience. The staff needs to do better. "
