"Floors were sticky left over soap from previous guest hair in the drain visible that made the tub slow drain. Place just smelt dirty. I booked without looking at anything. It’s not eve that centrally located. Book elsewhere "

"The beds need to have pillow top mattresses or different mattress. It was awfully uncomfortable. The pool was nice. The breakfast was great. Just the beds were rough on our backs and the pillows. "

"Parking was easy, staff were friendly, room service only included changing out towels/rags, they do not change bedding for 2 night stay. Water was really cold and took 5 mins or so to warm… pillows were comfy. We sweated both nights. Room did not cool good."

"It was very outdated like 1990s.. the drains in the bathroom and tub slowly drained, the Jets in the tub when you turned them on it looked like pieces of mold came out, so we chose not to use the whirlpool tub.. indoor pool was big but uncap. The building itself was really extremely hot. No kind of ventilation or air and the building is fallen apart has holes in it and the swimming pool was filthy. The price was a good price online but once you got there, I had wished that we had went and stayed somewhere else.. "

"They said there was no one above us but someone was up there dragging furniture all night long and running power tools so after informing the staff and NOTHING was done. We had planned on staying for 5 nights but after 2 nights of no sleep we checked out & left. The manager lied so much to Hotels.com and stoled our money for the 5 nights and refused to credit us back for the 3 nights we didnt even stay. People at the front desk the first 2 dsys & nights were great but the management leaves alot to be desired, very dishonest!!! Will NEVER stay here again too many other choices."
