"Really enjoy staying in this hotel, staff very helpful. Paid to upgrade to bigger beds, what wasn’t said that it was a shower over a bath., and smaller bathroom than previous visits staying in standard room,, the beds were immaculate but the bath and shower area over bath was not good, it needed a good clean , put me off showering this morning. I should have ask to move but the staff had kindly let us have room check in early and felt I couldn’t say. It wasn’t the usual standard of clean in bathroom"
