"Erster Eindruck war gut. Beim Betten beziehen festgestellt das Bonbons und Lakritz unter der Matratze lag. Ein Zimmer roch sehr streng. In der Hotline von Novasol wurde uns gesagt dass das kein Notfall ist und am Wochenende nichts gemacht werden kann. Der Hausmeister schaute ab Montag jeden Tag mal nach der Regenrinne der Drainage usw. fand allerdings nicht warum es in dem einen Raum streng roch. Der Rest der Wohnung war halbwegs sauber. Es war trotzdem ein schöner Urlaub. Die gegend war sehr...

"Ein sehr schönes großrs Haus, welches meiner Familie (6 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) ausreichend Platz geboten hat. Der Wohnbereich ist mit großen Terrassenfenstern bzw. -türen versehen, was für viel Licht sorgt. Es standen viele Spiele und ein Billardtisch zur Verfügung. D Die Gegend lädt zum Spazierengehen ein. Was wirklich schlecht war, war die Kommunikation mit dem Anbieter. Gebucht habe ich über FeWo direkt. Dort stand dann dasd die Kaution direkt vor Ort bezahlt werden soll. Kurz vor dem Termin...

"We are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 teenagers. We stayed for one night in a cabin. It was perfect for our needs but I would not want to stay for any longer than that as it would be too small. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were not good. Luckily we brought our own. The service from the staff in reception and in the cafe was really good and we had a really nice meal."

"There are major problems with this listing The wellness facilities were all unavailable during our stay. It was not made clear that we would be charged for electricity and water. The amount we had to pay was iunbeluevalbly high, adding half as much as the hotel fee on top, plus linen charge. We could not use the jacuzzi, as it was filthy,; we did not use the sauna; we turned down all the radiators as we bought logs for the fire. So, it is difficult to see how the energy bill for our actual use...
