1) Unauthorised guests will be charged at €40/guest/day.
2) Only the person who booked or is added to the reservation can check-in.
3) Each guest on the reservation must provide a valid, working phone number.
4) Pets are welcome if added to the reservation. Unauthorized pets will be charged at €40/pet/day and all extra cleaning costs will be charged to the guest.
5) No smoking inside the apartment or the balcony. There is a €200 fine for smoking and all cleaning fees from smoke damage will be charged to the guest.
6) When using the washing machine or dishwasher, you must be at home to supervise it. Once finished, turn off the water tap. This is a demand of the insurance company.
7) Quite time in the building is between 22:00-8:00
8) Late check-out fee of €50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 11:00 am. Late check-outs after 12:00 will be charged that day’s rate without discounts, but the guest does not retain the right to possession of the property.
We are sorry we have to charge this, but our cleaners need to be paid even if they cannot access the property.
9) If you have a complaint about any aspect of the property, upon addressing this to us or the site you booked from, you are authorising me, or a member of my team, to come into the property to fix the problem to the standards you require.
10) Guests booking and checking-in the same day may be subject to additional screening after booking and we’re allowed to cancel penalty-free if we are not comfortable hosting.
11) Maintain a clean environment and clean your own dishes. Particularly dirty apartments may incur an additional cleaning fee, and will be evidenced with photographs.
12) If not following any of our rules causes us fees or forces us to refund or discount an upcoming guest, the guest will be liable for the costs. Guests can be removed from the property, with no refund, if they violate the house rules.
