Excellent hotel with a central location. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and quiet. Excellent breakfast, plentiful and varied. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Loved the room and shower, the room service in the early morning hours was so convenient. Would stay again but I wish I had been notified of all the construction going on ahead of booking.

Great location. The rooms and amenities were clean and very cozy. Excellent breakfast buffet in terms of selection and quality of food - One of the best I have ever had. It's nice to have dinner buffet included in the reservation as well. Staff was really helpful. Only criticism I have is that my room was not completely sound proof but this was a minor issue. I will most likely stay here again next time I'm in Helsinki. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Lilla Roberts! The property is very clean, the staff are exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and our room was spacious and well equipped. The hotel is also ideally located in the heart of Helsinki, within easy walking distance of plenty of cafés, restaurants, bars, shopping, and supermarkets. The central location made exploring the city very convenient. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend Hotel Lilla Roberts to anyone visiting...

So many things to like. Great friendly staff and impeccable cleanliness. The breakfast is just perfect with every healthy option you could think of. And even more you couldn't... I stay here each time I'm in Helsinki and will be continuing that tradition.

Loved this hotel as it was walking distance to the pier and ships. Lots of shops and dining options too. Room was nice and large.

This was a truly wonderful hotel only 10 mins. away from Helsinki but you felt like you were staying in the country by a beautiful lake. We were very pleased with the breakfast and the restaurant also.The art was beautiful. We enjoyed everything. The pool and sauna were very nice also. We highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The buffet style breakfast offered by the hotel was delicious and it had many food and drink options available.

Clean apartment. Easy check in. Easy walk to downtown.

It was a great stay. Room is very clean and modern, breakfast was incredible, big choice of everything, location is very convenient, 10 minutes walk to bus station and 15 minutes walk to the central train station. Staff was also extremely helpful and friendly, I will stay again in this hotel next time visiting Helsinki.
