Little pearl in Punavuori, central Helsinki, is an apartment with perfect location to enjoy central Helsinki by walking. Even if the apartment is small in size, it is peaceful with facing the inner yard and has everything for an enjoyable Helsinki break. Comfortable and unique bunk bed high above and large sofabed underneath. TV and high speed wifi. Small kitchen and dining table for 4 persons. Kitchen is equipped with all appliances one can think of. Nice size bathroom and own washing machine. As you get out from the apartment, you are already in the middle of the vibrant city with pretty cafes and bars, nice restaurant, little shops and walkways. Distance to major central touristique attractions are only few minute walk away.
Our usual key pick up place is in S market Kasarmitori, address Kasarmikatu 19 a. Inside this S-market there are Posti lockers next to cashiers. You will receive a code to type on the screen when the key is handed in. Lockers are open till 10:00 pm. If you need later key pick up place, please keep us informed well in advance so we can find another key pick up location along your route. Also airport key pick up 24/7 service available in the airport R kiosk.
1. NO NOISE, LOUD MUSIC OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED.
Please respect the building's silent hours between 21:00 - 09:00. This is to respect our neighbors.
In case neighbors complain (with proof) of these strict house rules, we'll have to charge you a fine of 300€ + 50€/guest + all expenses like extra cleanings and damages. We compensate the damage to the neighbors. Noise reduction policy is only for avoiding parties, music, etc disturbing noises in houses - not for normal family life with children.
We report any drug-related misconduct to the authorities.
2. SMOKING IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN both in the apartment and on the balcony (in Finland). Smoking is also forbidden in the immediate vicinity of the main entrance.
3. PLEASE LEAVE OUTSIDE SHOES ALWAYS AT THE ENTRANCE. This way we can keep the apartment carpets tip top condition for our fellow guests. This is also to respect the Finnish tradition.
4. PLEASE DO NOT LET THE KIDS JUMP ON THE SOFAS OR ON BEDS - they break easily.
5. PLEASE AVOID PUTTING TOO MUCH TOILET PAPER IN THE TOILET. Do not put any other material in the toilet.
