Close to public transport. Right outside the door. Self check in possible. Minimal to nil staff contact. Got upgrade on room. Our room had washing machine but no dryer There is also washing machine. Dryer and drying room available for shared use which was helpful. Gym and sauna great. Down fall was luggage storage does not fit large size suitcase. And no microwave or toaster on room.

Staff was great and helped several times with adding a night. Giving me extra time in morning before housekeeping, and just miscellaneous questions I had. Rooms are wonderful and I love the amenities. Used sauna every day. Also my son lives here and it was easy for us to use your social spaces to visit and chill.

Great location, easy access to the metro, busses, trams/ close to the downtown to walk around if you are up to it. The grocery stores and restaurants were nearby. Accommodations - all you need (but should have TV in the room, instead of renting it afterwards); friendly, helpful staff. Area was good to walk around during my stay, but after the dark especially, according to the locals, remember to be "streetwise". So I would definitely go there again.

There is washing machine and cooking facilities inside of the studio, which is super convenient. The heating is a bit loud and not worked very well. The temperature in the room is around 20 degree, a bit cold for me but not a problem with duvet. The lounge and sauna is great! Smooth check in and check out! Definitely recommend to stay in.
