Don’t trust the pictures. There is no rooftop access, which, along with the waterfront location, is the main reason we booked. The pictures told another story. We wound up walking across to the Clarion, which did have a “rooftop” bar, albeit not on the roof, but several stories up so we could get a good sunset view with a cocktail.

Room could've been cleaner

The room was dusty, bed sheets and also had blond hairs on the floor, i asume it wasn't vacuumed or cleansed properly. Toilet floor was also very dusty

Very nice hotel

We stayed in this hotel for a conference. Never been to Finland B4, but it very nice, clean and everyone was friendly. The hotel was great, we got a room on the 9th floor. This had views over the sea, the room was very clean and had the biggest bed I have ever seen! Very helpful staff and a nice breakfast with hot and cold food. The one thing I would say is don't think seaside, as in Southend on sea. It was quiet with no amusement machines! All in all 10 out of 10

One of the best buffet breakfast I have been to

Wonderful hotel near with many restaurants and pharmacies and groceries near by. Very spacious rooms with fridge, safe, kettle etc. Friendly staff and a fantastic buffet breakfast with lots and lots of items to choose from.

A wonderful boutique hotel experience right by the water. This hotel is decorated in a very modern style and is very well kept. The staff was friendly and attentive and we had a nice view of the water from our room. But the highlight definitely had to be the breakfast they offered. DE-LI-CIOUS. One of the best hotel breakfasts we had ever had. They offered everything from salmon, to eggs and bacon, to fresh bread and fruit. Everything was outstanding.

Everything was good Staff are friendly and welcoming. Good breakfast. The best are their commitment to resolve any issues. My bathroom light was not working they immediately upgraded me to a superior room. Also they allowed me to checkin early

We were unexpectedly in Finland due to my sister experiencing a medical emergency and subsequently being diagnosed with a brain tumor. The staff at this hotel were SUPER kind and accommodating to our family; one member of the staff even recognized my brother in law on the street and asked how my sister was doing. The hotel itself was great but the staff were AMAZING! You’re in good hands here.

Decent hotel

You’re right on tram line 7 from the ferry terminal to the city centre. It is also served by two other tram lines as well (6&9). Our room was very comfortable thanks to those fluffy Radisson Blu pillows. Breakfast buffet was busy but there were actually lots of tables. All in all a decent location albeit not right in the centre.

Beware of rooms without window!

Some rooms are without window even this is not informed about at reservation. The hotel was “so kind” to change my room to one with window. But the room was strange, with fold-out beds and horrible Lightning.

Wonderful room and breakfast

The room, bath and balcony were wonderful, providing a comfortable and pleasant stay. Breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options. However, our dinner experience at the restaurant was less satisfactory. Although the food quality was excellent, the ambiance was disrupted by preparations for the next morning's breakfast service, which began as early as 8:30 PM. Our table was situated directly opposite the waiters' workstation, where the collection of cutlery and plates created noticeable noise. This activity, particularly in a quiet restaurant, detracted from the dining atmosphere and made it difficult to relax. Additionally, while there were salt mills on the table, there was no separate provision for pepper; surprisingly, pepper was provided from a mill labeled "salt," which added to the confusion. Furthermore, we encountered issues in the bathroom, where we were unable to use the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel due to the incorrect installation of the holders. This inconvenience affected the overall experience. Overall, while the stay had its highlights, improvements in both the dining experience and bathroom amenities would enhance guest satisfaction.

We had a terrible smell like something died in our bathroom in Room 902 and also couldn't open balcony door and let front desk know and they said they'd advise maintenance. A passing hotel worker we grabbed on day 2 opened our balcony door. On checkout on day 4 I said the bathroom still had a terrible smell and they said we had the DND on our door which was incorrect. The breakfast was very good and extensive but was a zoo with the hotel being full. Needs a new system for ordering and retrieving omelette orders and more than just a single toaster.
