Located in the Lizard Peninsula, the property is within easy reach of the village’s collection of shops, popular pub and large café that’s open during the summer months. Renowned for its warm climate and some of the most picturesque coves and beaches in the South West, this area is home to Kennack Sands, Church Coves, Mullion Cove and Kynance Cove. Further afield, popular attractions include the National Seal Sanctuary, Minack Theatre and Lands End.


Inside, this property is bright and spacious, as traditional features have been given a fresh and contemporary look. The kitchen/diner is large enough for many hands to make light work and includes an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, plus a large dining table. After a long day exploring the local area, unwind in the lounge, where comfortable sofas and armchairs surround an electric wood burner in a feature fireplace and a Smart TV for streaming all your favourite shows. There are three bedrooms in this cottage, one double, one twin and one single room, all found on the first floor, two of which enjoy fantastic views of the sea and Lizard lighthouse. The bedrooms share a family bathroom with overhead shower and WC – please be aware that it has low beam ceilings.


Outside, a large lawn garden sits at the front of the property overlooking the sea. This fully enclosed space is perfect for children and comes with seating and a BBQ for long sunny afternoons taking in that fresh sea air.
