"We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is in a fantastic location, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Our room was lovely, very well equipped, and had a beautiful view, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection, and all the staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming throughout our visit. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it."

"Wow! Where do I even start? What an absolutely brilliant little cottage!The location, the cottage itself, and everything about our stay has been perfect. It's quintessentially charming, spotlessly clean, incredibly welcoming, and the perfect size for our family. It has everything you could possibly need, with so many thoughtful touches; from the cleaning essentials and cupboard basics like salt and pepper to the delicious fresh scones waiting for us on arrival.The little courtyard is a lovely place to enjoy a morning cuppa with a book as the sun starts to peek through. The grassy area is perfect for a kickabout or a few ball games, and the goats and runner ducks were such a wonderful addition, they were a huge hit!!Paula has been fantastic from the moment we booked right through to our departure. She's been so friendly, helpful, and a genuinely wonderful host.We really hope to return one day and honestly can't recommend this place highly enough. A perfect stay from start to finish!"

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel so much! The food was excellent and we really enjoyed the variety at breakfast. It was the best dishes we've experienced. The staff are friendly and truly lovely. The room was perfect with the stunning view, this made it a perfect relaxing stay for us. Thank you to the lovely managers and hotel staff it really was so special."

"Good location, unusual property. We found that we missed not having an oven but otherwise the kitchen was good. We planned to use the bbq but it had seen better days so decided not to use it. Lovely garden area and a nice walk into the village. We enjoyed our stay."
Housel Bay Hotel

"We had a most enjoyable four night stay at the Housel Bay hotel. A fantastic location with gorgeous sea views from the Terrace restaurant and patios outside. We had a fairly small but perfectly adequate room on the 2nd floor (lift worked perfectly) with a country view, which we thought was very good value. Not much space to hang clothes but OK. Bathroom was spotless and shower was great. Delicious breakfasts and all the staff were helpful and charming. We had one evening meal there, which was delicious if rather pricey, The only fault was that the plug on the washbasin was faulty and needed replacing as the water just ran away. I did report this, and hope it will be repaired for future guests. Thoroughly recommended overall, and we may well make a return visit."
