"Had a three night stay with my wife for her birthday. Wonderful hotel with the best views anywhere. Staff very pleasant and helpful breakfast included is continental which we found more than adequate. We had dinner there on two of the nights añd enjoyed what we had although the menu is slightly limited for more frequent dining. Overall we had a beautiful stay"

"Clean well presented accommodation, check was easy and well communicated, parking was easy to find with the addition of photos to help. Good location and pet friendly, close to town with a few steep steps but you quickly get used to that. Maybe a parasol would be nice to go with the table and chairs outside, even more so in this current heat wave. Make sure you bring some milk/water with you, if your after a tea/coffee after that long drive down, think that was the only thing missing would be a...

"Location is superb right by harbor.. lots of narrow small stairs to our room on 3rd floor in roof. Room was airless even with windows open… breakfast was great however supervisor was pretty unfriendly and basically kicked us out right at 10am… don’t expect any frills…"

"Excellent staff, ideal location in the heart of Fowey with waterside terrace. No parking but that was to be expected. The main car park up the steep hill about 10 minutes walk. A shuttle bus service operates to and from the car park from 10am. Pick up in the town by the church, 2 minutes walk from the hotel."

The cottage was spotlessly clean, beautifully presented, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were greeted with a lovely welcome food hamper, which was a really thoughtful touch and much appreciated.
