"I am writing to express my absolute disgust with the state of the room I was assigned at your property. For the price paid, the lack of basic cleanliness and functional amenities is completely unacceptable.
The room was filthy and clearly skipped any decent inspection before I checked in. I have documented several major issues, which I expect you to review immediately:
* **Stained and Dirty Bedding:** The mattress pad/protector is covered in visible stains and hair. There are even questionable red marks on the sheets. It is completely repulsive to think your staff expects guests to sleep in these conditions.
* **Debris and Trash Left Behind:** There is a pile of crumbs and debris left unvacuumed on the carpet by the furniture. Furthermore, a clump of hair or dust was left sitting out on the patterned upholstery.
* **Leftover Items in Drawers:** Your housekeeping team clearly didn't even bother to open the drawers, as evidenced by the condoms left behind by a previous guest.
* **Useless Tech/Charging Ports:** In addition to the room being a health hazard, there are absolutely no modern charging ports available. To make matters worse, the USB ports on the bedside alarm clock are completely dead and broken.
I did not pay to stay in a dirty, unvetted room with broken amenities. I expect a prompt response detailing how you intend to address this abysmal service and what compensation you will be issuing for this experience."
