Find Hotels with an Indoor Pool in Helwan

Staff was helpful, very clean rooms.

The place is very enjoyable and all the staff is very friendly. I tried several hotels in Cairo and I am surprised by the high quality of service provided here. Highly recommended.

this hotel has a marvelous view , the stuff was very friendly an helpful

Excellent stay as usual

The property itself was fantastic with a lovey big courtyard and a rooftop restaurant associated with the hotel that afforded amazing views of the pyramids and really good food.

One of the best hotel in cairo i love it good staff , location food everything

Every thing was OK

Great Hotel with a great view of the grand pyramids

Amazing!! Top notch. Best service ever. Free spa experience was phenomenal!!

I cannot begin to explain how helpful the staff has been Very nice quiet small location with approximately eight rooms This is how much they go above and beyond. I have been looking for two days for location to exchange some US dollars. The front desk worker actually went with me all around the area and was actually going to use his personal bank account to exchange funds for me, but the bank was closed He stayed with me until we found a working ATM that would exchange dollars This is what I...

Great property and very helpful staff! It was up about 3 flights of stairs so if you don't see it immediately just keep walking up! The staff carried all our luggage up and down. Bathroom inside the room was clean, and they provided bottled waters for us!

Quiet, friendly and elegant and a very respectable staff starting from the reception to the manager،And at the best prices، Very close to the airport and located in the best areas of Cairo

The staff was very helpful any concern or need I had.

Ok

Our stay was great. There was an issue with our reservation, they hadn't received the reservation from Expedia. However, since I had my confirmation number and I was able to show I had already paid, they were able to help me and got us the room we had reserved. Other than that our stay was great. Their roof has a view of the pyramids and it's a great location.

The staff is amazing. Sliding doors wasn't lacking, shower was clogged. The entrance of the hotel smells disgusting, dusty and durty! But the view of the pyramids from them roof top is great
