"From the moment we turned into the solar lighted driveway leading up a hill to the cabin and property, we felt a sense of complete seclusion. The abundance of trees surround you providing ample shade with wide mowed trails. The cabin is equipped with every modern day need from decor, appliances and beds. A front porch overlooks a fire pit and wooded area with a picnic table. The back porch view is a beautiful sunshine filled mowed yard with a persimmon tree. You can build a campfire, enjoy nature or prepare meals for yourself or guests. AC/Heat works great and the beds are very comfortable. Host was very responsive with questions. We plan to return as soon as we possibly can. :)"

"Home very clean. Love sitting on the rocking chairs on the shaded front porch. My daughter and granddaughters love the hot tub. Also enjoyed the jetted tub in the master bathroom. We stayed 4 nights/5 days. Wish we stayed a little longer. Visited several parks/playgrounds in Waterloo Our dog a chocolate lab loved being able to run and play fetch. Totally tired out by end of day. Love seeing the stars from back porch and while in the hot tub at night. Definitely recommend this home and location. The air was so clean. What a difference from a big city."

Lots of cool history to the house and they made sure to have enough documented stuff in there you could understand how special the place was. Will definitely be coming back"
