"What a surprising gem in the middle of Michigan. I came for a friend's wedding, and didn't expect such a vibrant community. The place was perfect for two of us and our dogs, with everything we needed, and it was very comfortable. Easy walk to beach, town, and park. Love all of the community events like music in the park and karaoke at the Wet Spot bar!"

"The place was nice. It was just me and I only really slept there while spending the weekend at Turk Lake, so I can't speak to making meals or anything. The bed and bathrooms were fine.It didn't really bother me, but I could see others being surprised that there were no curtains or blinds for the windows. The trees do the privacy work, but it could feel uncomfortable for someone staying there. It's visible in the pictures, but it's something someone may not think to look for Overall, it did a perfect job of being a place to stay for a few nights while I mostly hung out with friends on the lake."

"Stayed for a long weekend with family. Host went out of her way to make certain our stay was top-notch which included crackers, wine & cheese upon our arrival as well as firewood and coffee, creamer etc readily available for use. Host also provided a listing of things to do in the local & surrounding area. I would certainly stay again and recommend. ONLY recommendation I would share is some hooks in the bathroom."
