"The location of the hotel is excellent only about 5 minutes from Times Square. The room was basic but clean. Spacious enough for 3 of us. There weren’t enough plug sockets that would hold a travel adapter plug so that was a problem. The AC unit was so loud I had to turn it off at night as I couldn’t sleep. We had a nice stay."

"I have stayed at this hotel twice in the last 6 months and it has been great on both occasions. Fantastic staff, great location with Madison Square Garden across the block and walkable to all of Midtown. It’s also a 10 minute walk to Hudson Yards and the Javits Centre and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. If you can get an Empire view room, you won’t be disappointed. Also, free cookies on arrival. What’s not to love?"

"The property was very clean, elegant, and the bedrooms quiet in the night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The property close to small caffe, small store, a little food station area such as Los Tacos No. 1. Also, it was very close to the subway station. We were very happy with our stay and we recommended it for everyone."
