"Great hotel in a very central position near Times Square. Room was comfortable but could have had a bit more storage for clothing (drawers). Staff were very helpful. Quality of breakfast was excellent and bar on 2nd floor was very nice. The 34th Floor bar was also nice, with an excellent outdoor area. Had a great week in NY."

"The initial bellman was incredibly rude and talked down to me. Bad first impression! Hence, no tip which my friends told me he was mad about! Good! He deserved nothing for treating me like I was stupid! Rest of the stay was great. Love the rotating bar on 48th floor. Rooms were clean but there were no glasses in our room. Didn’t understand that one!"
