proximite de tout et la surface BIEN

gaspillage de l'eau effrayant wc la chasse coule beaucoup ,un problĂšme d'eau chaude Ă  rĂ©gler d'urgence ( le choix entre douche froide ou chaude ..)idem cuisine .Les lattes du petit lit Ă  fixer ( jusqu'Ă  3 par nuit qui tombent !!!! )Les deux premiers jours il y avait des blattes (cafards roses ).La grille du balcon du sĂ©jour Ă  fixer .Le four inutilisable trĂšs trĂšs sale .Dessus de lit trĂšs sale .Traversin une tĂąche de sang ...il faut sĂ©curiser la prise Ă©lectrique du lit superposĂ© ,trĂšs dangereux pour un enfant en bas Ăąge .Un rideau dans la chambre Ă  trois lit ,les regards d'en face Ă©taient frĂ©quent s.PrĂ©voir une table de repassage nous n'avons pas repasser nos vĂȘtements car la table s'abĂźme avec la vapeur .....pas grave c'Ă©tait les vacances et nous Ă©tions lĂ  que pour manger et dormir .Nos enfants ont fait beaucoup de sports .

Muy bien situado pero viejo

Este apartamento estĂĄ muy bien situado, a 50 m. de la playa de Hendaia en una calle tranquila. Sin embargo estĂĄ bastante viejo. La ducha estĂĄ o muy frĂ­a o muy caliente,la cisterna del baño gotea continuamente y para cocinar tiene una cocina antiquisima de gas. AdemĂ s la inmobiliaria pide una fianza de 600 €, muy desproporcionada para el tipo de apartamento que es.

Les points négatifs : une plomberie vétuste (chasse d'eau, pas de mitigeur, robinet cuisine trÚs haut), la salle de bain avec douche sabot. La literie n'est pas super confort. Un peu bruyant car donne sur la rue Les points positifs : trÚs bien situé à cÎté de la plage, bien agencé pour une famille de 5.
