The exterior has a pleasant private garden equipped with garden furniture, table and chairs for the dining area. A collective swimming pool is available with a children's and adults' bathing area open from September to June (subject to maintenance conditions and hazards), a pediment is also included with this rental. Private and overhead parking completes the package.
