"Odanın kliması ısıtmıyordu. Yorgan yastık nevresim kirliydi hepsinde sarı sarı lekeler mevcut. Odada otel terliklerinden yoktu. Duşakabinin kapısı kırıktı ve içinde duş jeli şampuan tarzında şeyler de yoktu. Tek kişilik odada kaldım bir tane yatak vardı oturacak bir tane koltuk veya sandalye yoktu. Resepsiyondakiler iyi ve güler yüzlü insanlar olmasına rağmen otelin hali berbat. 3 gece rezervasyon yapıp 1 gece kaldım. Hotelsden rezervasyon yaptığım için para iadesi de alamadım. "

Hotels.com' dan yaptığım otel rezervasyonunda evcil hayvan kabul edilmemektedir diye bildirildiği halde otelin veya personele ait köpek var otel içerisinde ve mutfak yemek bölümünde köpeğin koştuğunu gördük.
