"We spent 4 nights at Spark while visiting our son who is a soldier at Ft. Drum. It was clean and generally comfortable. The bed was not very firm but that's typical of many hotels. The bathroom was large and easy to navigate with my disability, but the water was only lukewarm on two mornings while we were there, even though we were up by 6:30 am.
The breakfast options were limited and provided only what might be called "continental" choices: bagels, cereal, yogurt. There were no hot foods, which we found disappointing. Also, I guess I did not note the room's features before booking, but we were sorry there was no mini-fridge provided in our room.
We appreciated the free bottles of water Spark made available. The staff was friendly. and helpful -- the desk clerk came to our room on our first night there to show us how to close our room curtains (push-button panel on the wall near the bathroom entrance)."
