Spacious 5-bedroom house on 3 beautiful acres at the lake!
10/10 Excellent
"It's a beautiful place, we loved the porch and the kitchen. The flooring upstairs looks original. If Lance refinishes it, it will be fantastic. The bathrooms were large and upgraded. Some things to consider:1. The house is not on the lake. It's across the street. The dock is narrow and rickety. 2. Blackout curtains would be nice for the bedrooms. 3. A real fire pit with some chairs. 4. The big bath tub is a nice touch, but maybe add a shower attachment and a shower ring. We didnt use the tub so nine people shared two showers. Lance was responsive and we had a great time as a family just relaxing."
"Very nice cabin. Felt very private especially for being in a resort. Unfortunately the weather didn't cooperate for us for majority of our stay but large selection of options for movies and such on the living room TV. We brought lots of games with too. Beach wasn't swimmable due to algae, ( nothing anyone can do about that either ) but we were able to rent a pontoon from across the street on the one nice day we had. We were already planning our next trip back before we left!"
"We enjoyed our time here in Victoria and the surrounding area. The home was clean and comfortable; the kitchen appeared to be well stocked though we didn't use it except for a few cups of coffee. The location was convenient to downtown Victoria, very walkable. We ate at Winchester and Rye and had a great meal that was reasonably priced, along with excellent service. We also had ice cream at The Social Ice Cream Parlor ... yum.Our main purpose for being here was to visit relatives, but we did find time to go to the Bakken Museum in Minneapolis. This is a nice museum and has a STEM aeaa snd interactive exhibits. We also took a short drive over to Waconia where there is a nice county park on Lake Waconia with a beach, picnic area, and kayak rentals."
