"Check-in was easy but home smelled like cigarette smoke and mold. Pictures need to be updated. The trailer had lots of holes in the walls and floor, smoke alarm was hanging out of ceiling and bathtub had some mold. We only needed it to sleep in for the night so it was better than a tent and a/c blew cold air. We didn’t pay much so I feel like we got what we paid for with it being a lake trailer. Beds and couch were comfortable and location is in a nice area and located about a mile from the boat...

"The cabin is on the outskirts of Bonham across from the lake. It was just as described and is a very peaceful place to stay. It has everything you need, and I would recommend staying here"
