"This hotel is located in a very good location, quiet, safe, and the breakfast is very rich. The service staff are very friendly and professional. I booked the Caesar Hotel for two nights on Expedia. Despite concerns about the Hualien earthquake, even if I couldn't get a refund, I canceled my trip to Hualien and continued to stay in Kenting. "This is a hidden gem where everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations. The rooms are clean and spacious, modern, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The owner lives alone on the property but she is absolutely friendly and made sure each meal is prepared specially for her quests. She provided good suggestions for sightseeing. The night market is about 5 minutes walking distance. We travel frequently and have stayed in many 5 star hotels in the world. This property beats them all in terms of value. This property can be hard to locate as there are numerous hotels and B&B in the area with many similar names and addresses. It is worth spending the effort to find it!"

Externally the hotel looked a little drab and rundown but that just gave the wrong impression to our actual experience. Staff went out of their way to help.
