"Spacious room, comfortable and clean bed. The hotel locates right next to one of the pick-up bus stops so it is very ideal for both solo and group travellers joining various local tours in Iceland. Also, the hotel does take the VIP status of Expedia into account, and offer some complementary gifts if you have one. (which is a surprise to me as I heard most of the hotels ignore that) Great affordable restaurant at the G/F of the hotel, and offered a variety of dishes (like rib, seafood and lamb burger). This is my second time choosing hotels of the same group, and I will definitely recommend anyone choosing hotels under the same group in Reykjavik. Thank you all the staffs which makes our trip memorable :D"

"Es un hotel muy bien ubicado, en el centro y con varias cosas que conocer y restaurantes. Lo que más me gustó, el señor que nos atendió a nuestra llegada (sé que era griego) súper profesional y nos ayudó en todo lo que necesitamos; también la limpieza, arreglaron la habitación. Elegimos una habitación y baño solo para nosotros y estuvo perfecto. Quizás lo único, y que realmente no nos afecta, es que no es moderno y que no hay ascensor. "

"Overall a good experience! Hot tub is nice and the washrooms are good. Common kitchen is also good and if you are beginning your trip check out the free shelves in the fridge for supplies! Had a few hiccups figuring out the check-in but we eventually found the barcode we had to scan since the staff were unavailable when we arrived. Cozy room but enough space to open the suitcase! Beware that there is no onsite parking and you will need to walk from a free zone or research the parking zone system. It was a bit confusing for us as we couldn’t use the parking app."
