"We stayed at this hotel on 23rd September 2025 in a family room. The only positive was the late self-check-in, which was quick and convenient. Unfortunately, the rest of our stay was very poor. The entire hotel, including the lobby and our room, had an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke — it seemed ingrained in the walls and ceilings. We had specifically booked a non-smoking family room as we were travelling with our 3-month-old and 3-year-old, but the smell made it impossible to rest. My...

"Poor welcome no explanation there was no lift so left us wandering around. Charged card overnight didn’t add anything at all so clearly broken but not out of order. Place was a mess on arrival there was a kids room behind reception, mess spilling out. Room was fine only complaint was very small towels for kids. Worst part was breakfast, couldn’t eat because of the amount of bar flies all over everything, plates were so dirty enough to turn your stomach off eating. Avoid!!"
