"We used this property after a two week trip around France and western Germany for a one night stop before hitting Cite Europe in Calais. We were very pleasantly surprised at its convenience. We did stay on a Sunday which of course means that a lot of restaurants are closed, however the staff recommended a local establishment in the adjacent retail park called Lencart which is a make your own pizza and pasta place. Good value for money. However back to the hotel, the room was clean and...

"Mercury Arras is a wonderful hotel. Had all the amenities we could have wished for. On every floor is a free water dispensing unit - cold water, room temp water and cold sparkling water! Beds are very comfortable. Roo. Very clean. Good restaurant in the hotel. All in all, we had a great experience and would definitely go back if are in Arras."

"Absolutely fantastic stay. We mentioned to the supervisor Diogo that we had got engaged a few days prior to coming to the hotel. Diogo and the team went above and beyond to make our stay extra special 💍❤️ The hotel is lovely old hotel dating back to the 1400s. The continental breakfast was plentiful and delicious, there was also the option of a hot egg machine and cooked bacon. Beds were very comfortable.
