"A wonderful stay!"

"Absolutely fantastic stay in a lovely cosy pub. Staff could not have been more helpful. The room we stayed in was amazing add to this the fantastic food and atmosphere and it all adds up to a memorable stay. We will be back again."

"The room was very clean. We stayed 2 nights and they cleaned our room after our 1st morning, refreshing the towels and coffee, plus cleaning the bathroom etc. It was a windy and stormy time outside which meant muddy boots but the staff made sure all the stairs and hallways to our room were freshly cleaned. Great location. Near shops, restaurants, and a walk along the Thames. We appreciated our stay."

"Comfortable room and bed with lovely breakfast"

"Natalie was incredibly welcoming, accommodating, and very knowledgeable about the surrounding area, providing excellent recommendations and local information. "My wife and I stayed here for our minimoon and enjoyed the architecture and views of the surrounding hills. What a lovely place to reset and the team were so helpful and accommodating. Swimming pool, sauna, steam room, gym and spa were a treat!"

"Nice location however very soft mattress and unpleasant smell in the bathroom. Rooms in the clock tower are separate to rest of hotel. Staff offered no explanation about breakfast on arrival and we were not asked how our stay was on checkout. Below expectations, very average"

"We would stay here again. Very comfortable staff was so nice and friendly resturant is wonderful fish and chips were amazing."

"Heavy rain caused a leak in the gents onto the floor which the staff seemed to ignore, just putting a yellow wet floor sign outside the toilet door. The floor was very slippy and dangerous. Should have had a mop and bucket there."

"Very good"
