"Great front desk staff and clean and quiet room. "

"Firstly, the whole lobby had a sewage smell. This smell was throughout my stay, although when I complained they began spraying regularly. Secondly, regarding the 24/7 ‘fresh coffee, decaf and hot water for tea’ it was used by me once. Sadly, when I put hot water into an empty cup, it was brown with grinds indicating they used the urn for coffee recently but did not wash it properly. I then had to BUY water at the lobby desk and was told it was ‘about $4’ although she didn’t know - it was ‘changed to my room.’ Meanwhile, I asked for an ice bucket but none were to be found. Didn’t matter - when I put ice directly into my reusable water bottle, it too, smelled of sewage. So, left with no other options bc I was NOT giving them $4.00 every time I wanted water, I took a LYFT to a local Target store, bought two gallons of purified drinking water along w some soda bottles (those, too were $4.00 or so in the lobby). , I used this water for my coffee (luckily I ALWAYS travel with my coffee pot), and my drinking water throughout my stay. I also had to buy breakfast food at the Target because there was NO WAY I would eat anything off of that ‘free breakfast buffet’ now that I saw the uncleanliness of the dishwashing staff. The room itself was VERY clean and bright,nice view of the city and modern dark-out shades. Unfortunately, I had no cash on me at checkout, so I asked for $20 from my $100 room deposit be left for the cleaning lady. Hope it happened. "

"The corner room I requested was GREAT. It was large, plenty of walking around area, sectional sofa, air worked great, spacious and very comfortable bed. The staff was super nice as well. A few small issues, there was no way to stop water from exiting the shower door so always a puddle after a shower. The toilet decided when it wanted to flush and the friggin remote to the TV, I wanted to throw it out the window. Luckily, the Hilton app has TV functions, so I just used my phone to control the TV. There is not a lot around this hotel as far as shopping or restaurants. There are some, but not many and the only one on the property is pretty sparce. It looks like the area around the hotel was once very vibrant but not anymore. On that note, room service was quick! And the food was wonderful so I just ate in my room all three nights. No complaints and tried something different each night."

"We really like this hotel. Warm staff. Superbly decorated rooms. It took awhile for the hot water to get to the 12th floor, but this is more suggestion (to install a pump system) than a critique. In-and-out parking worked slick. We'll be back! PWM"
