"The rooms were clean. Staff were helpful and cheerful. It was nice that they did not have carpet. The coffee machine that freshly grinds and makes a variety of drinks was a plus. No frills, but very functional."

"This lake house is a great place for families! It has plenty of water toys, paddle boards, noodles, as well as a fully stocked game room downstairs. Our young grand children had the best time here. It is truly a little slice of heaven. The owners are very responsive and the house is well appointed for a relaxing stay. We highly recommend!"

"We reserved this house for a large family vacation. It was everything we hoped for. It was extremely clean. The house was large enough to accommodate 15 of us comfortably. And our contact, Casey, was readily available with any questions we had. We are already planning our next trip!"

"Property very clean and amenities provided was as advertised. Only drawback was all the grass growth around the dock, but didn't deter us from enjoying the water and water toys. Host responded quickly to any questions."

"The views were great especially the sunsets. The dock was nice with the swing but needed some lounge chairs. The provided kayak and longboard were unusable. They were both old and damaged with no paddles that weren’t broken. The house was nice and fairly clean. There was an odor and the bags hanging on the walls to absorb the odors weren’t very appealing. Overall it was a decent stay but we wish the water equipment would’ve been of use"

"Our party of adults and one pup stayed for 6 nights at Jimmies Paradise. Jim was responsive and quick to act as we had issues that required visits from maintenance. The home was clean and well stocked with more than we had expected. Plenty of space. Hot tub was a nice bonus. We enjoyed the corn hole set and pool table. Comfortable home that is well used with a lot of areas to spread out. The cove is lovely and a beautiful place to relax. This was the third time we stayed at Lake Gaston and this home offered the most. Would likely return."

"Loved the house, dock and overall location. Canoe and kayak were great. Thoughtfully appointed. Kitchen had everything needed. Coffee bar was great with the k-cup and brew pot option. Easy checkin/out. Great location."
