"Staff was helpful at check in. Staff at the bar were friendly and helpful with suggestions. The food from the bar was okay, chicken wings were delicious! The other appetizers were not good at all. The jacuzzi tub has seen its better days, needless to say we didn't use it. Molding in the bathroom was coming off the wall. The one light in the bedroom didn't work. There were stains on the cushions, carpet was ripped up in places. I could go on, but there is only so much space. "

"The elevator smelled like pee. My room was dirty, including hair in the shower and bathroom floor. The pool has been filled in with concrete. The rooms have doorbells, which people were ringing all night long. I got zero sleep. I left after the first night and Expedia refused to credit me for the second night. I am done with Expedia - they never remove poor hotels from their website. This one was horrible. "

"Awesome location"

"First of all, the front desk and the valet staff were exceptionally helpful and gracious. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and excited to be there. And as soon as we got to the room we realized just how old the hotel itself must be. There's barely a flat surface, a plumb wall or floor in the building. We had a spacious balcony that was virtually unusable -- the floor was so slanted it felt like you were going to slide off. The railing was wobbly (we were on the 5th floor), and the service area of the hotel must have been just below us, it was so loud we couldn't stand sitting out there -- which was a bummer because we had paid extra for the room, a lot more than the standard, and the view was phenomenal. Just didn't feel safe, and you couldn't hear the person next to you the machinery down below was so loud. Beds, sheets and pillows are fantastic -- very quiet once the balcony door was closed, and we slept very well. And the rest of the rooms amenities were just great. The TV, the coffee maker, the toiletries in the shower, all top notch. The breakfast in the main restaurant wasn't that great, but they're also we're not a lot of guests taking advantage of it, so it's sort of understandable. Unexpected though, I would think the food would be really important to maintain a draw. "
