Nice hotel,staff, but parking and breakfast high

excellent location--parking tight and overpriced. Breakfast has come w/rm for past ten years, but now costs $20 pp. Bar and lounge nice w/excellent service and staff.

I stayed for one night here without breakfast as I was on my way to Frankfurt Airport Area. The room did not have fridge but could not get any ice from reception. The room was great. My problem was with the car park, it had steel plates in the driveway which has no meaning or value . These steel plates are irritating .They can also damage your car if it is low level car.

Property is in an excellent location. The Altstadt is outside the back of the property and the shopping area is a block away. Parking is underground. The breakfast was great with everything you could want. The room we had overlooked the Altstadt area and was clean and quiet. If we return to Heppenheim this would our hotel of choice. Very highly recommend.

Die lüftung im bad funktionierte nicht dementsprechend war die luft und die Feuchtigkeit führte zu wasser und schimmelflecken. Vermutlich besteht das Problem schon länger aber es kümmert sich keiner darum und das Zimmer wird nur vergeben wenn sonst nichts mehr frei ist.

Nöjda

Väldigt trevligt bemötande i receptionen, god frukost och stort rum. Lite dåligt städat i rummet men i helhet ett väldigt trevligt besök och mysigt torg i närheten. Även lite butiker och ”snabbmat”ställen i närheten. Perfekt läge i nära anslutning till motorvägen då vi var på genomresa.

Basisindeling vd kamers komt niet overeen met t geboekte dwz groot 1 persoonsbed of 2 bedden aan elkaar. Wc was nog vies, super opgelost met een andere kamer zonder enig probleem. Gehorigheid erg hoog, kuchende benedenbuurman/ haardroger vd zijburen en luid pratende mensen op de gangen. Heerlijk er tussendoor geslapen in een bed met kuiltje. In de badkamer en op de gangen duidelijke rooklucht ondanks dat t hotel rookvrij is. Heeft iets weg van een iets duurder hostel. Ontbijt was geweldig, ontvangst uitermate prettig.

Ich habe durch regelmäßige Weiterbildungen wirklich ausreichend Hotel-Erfahrung - diese gehört leider zu den nicht so schönen… Es handelt sich um ein sehr großes, liebloses Hotel (damit könnte ich für eine Nacht leben), aber schwarzer, massiver Schimmel im Bad geht gar nicht. Dieser war nicht nur sicht-, sondern auch riechbar, auch meine ich, darauf reagiert zu haben. Die Zimmer zur Hauptstraße hin (ein solches hatte ich) lassen an Schlaf nicht denken, es sei denn, man schläft mit geschlossenem Fenster, wozu ich gezwungen war. Positiv war allein das Frühstück und die Qualität der Matratze, diese wirkte auch recht hochwertig.

Tolles Hotel mitten in der Altstadt von Heppenheim und sehr schöne Zimmer. Auch das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und gut und das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam,wir kommen gern wieder.
