We stayed at what is advertised as a 2 bedroom family room, but basically it is 1 room with a hole in the middle for TV connected to a lounge with two beds. There is only one aircon so the people sleeping in the room will be ok but the people in the lounge may be hot during the night (that is what my children said). The room was clean. The best is the location as walkung distance to all the sights in Heraklion and 12 minyte walk to the Archaelogical museum We stayed for one night as we had another accommodation in the island but wanted to visit Knossos and the museum. It is great and convenient for a night or two. It has a car park that charges 10 euros for 24 hours, which is ok priced for Crete. The staff was welcoming and helpful The breakfast was ok. At 111 pounds for one night for four people, it was a bargain.

Good location (bus stop right outside the hotel). The reception staff was very helpful - managed to organise a taxi for us at a reasonable price on our only day to visit Zeus cave. Thanks for a great stay at Heraklion!

Over night stay before flight next day , good location for town centre,and easy connection to airport bus stop outside hotel.All staff helpful specifically the man on reception during evening made it feel like home would definitely return in future.

The hotel is on the edge of a couple of interesting areas, a square by a cathedral and a large area of pedestrian friendly streets with dozens of restaurants and cafes. There is also a mini Mart within sight to the left of the entrance and to the right is a supermarket a couple or so blocks away.

Excellent , value-for-money hotel in the centre of Heraklion close to restaurants and food stalls .10-15 -minute walk from the waterfront .The bus to the airport passes on the other side of the road .As the hotel is on a main road it can be a little noisy but no problem with wax earplugs .The breakfasts -included in the price- were fine, and the staff on the front desk were friendly and helpful .I'd happily stay there again .

Staff were incredibly kind! We showed up early around 11am & our room was already ready which was so nice after flying in from Athens that morning. The free breakfast was decent & I had no issues checking out early. My only complaint is they gave us a sheet but no actual blankets so it was a bit cold at night. Also, no laundry facilities as stated on the page.

Well located; easy access, about 11 minutes by foot from the closest bus stop, 20 minutes by foot from the K-tel bus station, also very close to other places of interest near the Morozini fountain, dining and shopping area.
