New hotel so very clean and new, the hotel is on a busy road so a lot of road noise during the night but that did not bother us. We had breakfast, which had a good selection, but could do with more tea options, rooftop pool was great after a busy day exploring

Lovely new hotel. Great experience, made by the welcoming, friendly nature of the staff. Restaurants/bars/city sights within walking distance along the seafront. Nice pool/poolside area to relax by too. Nice breakfast. Would recommend a stay here.

Newly opened and beautifully designed hotel with modern elements. Great location. Only issue is the street noise at night if that is something that bothers you. Fantastic pool and rooftop.

Great stop over hotel on the way to Rethymno

We were only at the hotel for one night, and arrived at 7pm due to a delayed ferry, but we had a lovely if brief stay! The staff were welcoming on arrival and provided a welcome drink and showed us to our room. The rooftop pool is open until 8pm so we managed a quick dip and headed out to get some dinner. We walked to the old market area (Kalokerinou- about fifteen minutes away) and found a lovely restaurant. The buffet breakfast in the morning was to a high standard as well. Definitely recommend this hotel and would go back. Only thing of note is that it is on the main road and you can hear traffic if the window is open.

Very noisy stay

We stayed in two rooms with sea view. The major problem is that the rooms were extremely noisy. The hotel is located right on a crossing/ red light for a four lane street where motorcycles like to start their acceleration at night. There is also an open air discotheque 100 meters away that is open until 3 at night. Yes, it is in the city and you should expect some noise, but this held us awake or if we fell asleep it woke us up. There were ear plugs, but they were not enough. The soundproofing is not there; double glazing, but sliding doors that let the noise in. The rooms are nice with some start-up problems. The service at breakfast and by the pool at the top was very good.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The property was very new, nice and clean. The staff were all so helpful and friendly:) The reason I gave it a 4 star instead of 5 is just because I didn’t like the fact that smoking was allowed in common areas and I just thought it was unfair to people like me who can’t inhale cigarettes smoke…I told the rooftop staff about it and he basically didn’t do anything about it and said it was allowed…..because of that reason I could even enjoy the hotel pool and view with fresh air so I had to go back to my room unhappy. Also, more protein options for breakfast need to be available for people who can’t eat pork…I had to stick to just eggs because the bacon and sausages were all pork:( But otherwise everything else was great! Would definitely stay again!

Close to downtown , rental car companies and the port, not in walkable proximity to the breach. The staff is amazing and they go out of their way to accommodate their guests. Shout out to Ana Maria for her friendliness and hospitality.

What becomes apparently immediately upon entering is the staff, friendly, professional, helpful and destressing. Loved the roof top pool and bar and the view and sunsets. Fantastic staff that go above and beyond to provide a memorable stay for their guests. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated with amazing sea views from the balcony. The main road below isn’t ideal but, also not a deal breaker. Street noise is manageable and location right outside the old Venetian city walls is perfect for beaches/dining/shopping. The rooftop pool is one of the best I’ve seen, stunning views and sun coverage. Breakfast was well varied every morning and always tasty and fresh.

The hotel rooftop pool and location were great. Restaurants were within walking distance. The hotel is in an ideal location; however, the rooms are not fully insulated, so you can hear street noise at night. The front desk staff were okay and didn’t provide a full 5-star service experience. Overall, the visit was okay, but I am not sure if I would select this hotel again.

New property in great condition. We stayed in an ocean view room with a good sized balcony. The room was nicely decorated and clean with an excellent view to the ocean. Comfortable bed but had to ask for thinner pillows as the ones in the room were very thick. The thinner pillows were very comfortable. The rate included breakfast which was buffet style with an assortment of breads, cereal, yogurt, dried and fresh fruit, salad, eggs, ham, sausages, salami, pancake, assortment of cheeses, jams, and honey, several kinds of juice, coffee or tea…all very delicious! The only thing I’d do differently if I ever stayed again would be to book a rental car ahead of time. Instead I used the rental car company recommended by the hotel which, though convenient, as they brought the car to the hotel, was more than double of what I would’ve paid if I went with another rental company due to the full insurance package. Not the hotel’s fault but more so due to my poor planning ahead. Parking is available in the shopping mall’s underground parking for free which is located right across the street from the hotel. Hotel is about 15-18 minute walk to the main dining and shopping area of Heraklion, though there are several dining options closer to the hotel as well. All in all, a pleasant stay!
